Laut\u00a0Buchautor und \u00a0Finanzexperte\u00a0Stefan Ri\u00dfe, spricht alles f\u00fcr eine zuk\u00fcnftig steigende Inflation und einen stark steigenden Goldpreis. Im Interview mit dem Nachrichtensender N-TV<\/em> begr\u00fcndet er seine Einsch\u00e4tzungen: So sieht er eine zuk\u00fcnftige steigende Inflation vor allem aufgrund der hohen Verschuldungssituation der Industriestaaten,\u00a0welche quasi nur noch so ihre Schuldenberge abbauen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Er empfiehlt in Sachwerte zu gehen – Gold, Aktien, Rohstoffe -, Immobilien hingegen empfiehlt er lediglich eingeschr\u00e4nkt, da aufgrund des demographischen Wandels – Angebot und Nachfrage – die Immobilienpreise „langfristig“ eher sinken werden. Zudem wird der Staat aufgrund klammer Staatskassen wohl hierauf in Zukunft verst\u00e4rkt Steuern erheben.<\/p>\n

Zu der Frage wo er den Goldpreis in den n\u00e4chsten Jahren sieht, antwortet er: „Ich kann hier keine genaue Prognose abgeben, aber 5.000 oder 10.000 Dollar pro Feinunze w\u00fcrden mich nicht wundern, wenn die Inflation so wie von mir erwartet kommt. Das Aufholpotenzial im Verh\u00e4ltnis zu Aktien im Dow Jones ist gro\u00df. Meine pers\u00f6nliche Meinung? Auch ich sehe fr\u00fcher oder sp\u00e4ter eine steigende Inflation und diese wird hoch sein und wohl mindestens \u00fcber 1 Jahrzehnt – eher l\u00e4nger – andauern, da nur so die Staaten ihre mittlerweile extrem hohen Schulden entwerten k\u00f6nnen. Sp\u00e4testens sobald die Zinsen steigen, werden die Staaten noch gr\u00f6\u00dfere Probleme mit der Refinanzierung bekommen. Einzige Alternative w\u00e4re dann eine (pl\u00f6tzliche) W\u00e4hrungsreform und somit eine „sofortige“ Abwertung des Euros und des Geldverm\u00f6gens.<\/p>\n

Wie dem auch sei, Gold wird in Zukunft sowohl das Verm\u00f6gen durch (steigende) Inflation oder\/und eventuell gar W\u00e4hrungsreform sichern und gleichzeitig \u00fcberproportional – da u.a. immer mehr Anleger ins Gold fl\u00fcchten werden – im Preis steigen. Besonders aktuell, bei einem Goldpreis unterhalb der F\u00f6rderkosten<\/a>\u00a0ist die Situation \u00fcberdurchschnittlich g\u00fcnstig (verst\u00e4rkt) Gold zu erwerben. Wer also weise ist und weitsichtig\/vorausschauend denkt, nutzt also nun die Gunst der Stunde.<\/p>\n

Zu der Frage wann die Inflation und der Goldpreis steigt, kann hingegen auch ich keine Prognose abgeben. Doch ich bin mir gewiss dar\u00fcber, das fr\u00fcher oder sp\u00e4ter\u00a0viele froh sein werden ihr Verm\u00f6gen (zum Teil) in Gold abgesichert zu haben. Denn Sparer in Kapitalanlagen wie Lebensversicherungen<\/a>, Bausparvertr\u00e4gen<\/a>, Riester,<\/a>\u00a0etc., werden schon allein aufgrund der mickrigen Zinsen real eine noch wesentlich h\u00f6here\u00a0Negativrendite<\/a> erwirtschaften.
