{"id":4568,"date":"2017-01-09T16:35:57","date_gmt":"2017-01-09T16:35:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/goldsparplan24.com\/blog\/?p=4568"},"modified":"2017-01-09T17:01:07","modified_gmt":"2017-01-09T17:01:07","slug":"rueckblick-zum-goldpreis-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goldsparplan24.com\/blog\/goldpreis\/rueckblick-zum-goldpreis-2016.html","title":{"rendered":"R\u00fcckblick zum Goldpreis 2016 &#8211; 1 Jahr sp\u00e4ter und Performance Anlagealternativen"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/goldsparplan24.com\/blog\/goldpreis\/goldpreisprognose-2016.html\" target=\"_blank\">Zu Beginn letzten Jahres ging ich davon aus, dass sich der Goldpreis 2016 positiv entwickeln w\u00fcrde.<\/a> Ein kurzer R\u00fcckblick zur Goldpreisentwicklung und Vergleich zu Anlagealternativen.<\/h2>\n<p>Etablierte Wirtschaftsportale berichteten in den vergangenen Monaten &#8211; f\u00fcr mich nicht \u00fcberraschend &#8211; immer wieder allgemein negativ zu Gold und ebenso negativ die\u00a0Prognosen. <a href=\"https:\/\/goldsparplan24.com\/blog\/goldkauf\/schockierender-bericht-vom-handelsblatt-zum-thema-gold-kaufen.html\" target=\"_blank\">Hier bspw. ein kritischer Bericht von Handelsblatt \u00fcber\u00a0Gold im\u00a0Dezember 2015.<\/a>\u00a0Kein Wunder, wenn man wei\u00df, wer all diese Portale finanziert bzw. dort Werbung schaltet. Genau, vor allem Banken und Versicherungen und deren tollen Produkte kennen wir zur gut &#8211; mehr zu der Performance dieser Produkte im \u00dcbrigen gleich.<\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich sollte man Gold in 1. Linie nicht aus spekulativer Absicht erwerben, sondern als ultimative Versicherung betrachten. Doch dennoch war die <strong>Verm\u00f6gens-Versicherung<\/strong> auch in 2016, <a href=\"https:\/\/goldsparplan24.com\/blog\/goldpreis\/goldpreisentwicklung-2015-war-gold-kaufen-dieses-jahr-tatsaechlich-eine-so-schlechte-idee.html\" target=\"_blank\">wie schon ein Jahr zuvor 2015<\/a>, eine weit \u00fcberdurchschnittlich gute Wertanlage und das <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ohne<\/span> Totalverlustrisiko und nach einem Jahr Spekulationsfrist zudem Steuer befreit.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gold: <span style=\"color: #339966;\">+ 9,49 % <\/span><\/li>\n<li>Silber (&#8222;Gold des kleinen Mannes&#8220;): <span style=\"color: #008000;\">+ 18,02 %<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gold und Silber haben also zusammen im Jahr 2016 eine durchschnittliche Wertentwicklung von 13,75% erzielt.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vergleich zu Alternativen im Jahr 2016:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sparkonto: 0,5 %<\/li>\n<li>Aktien DAX (Dividende): ~3 %<\/li>\n<li>Deutsche Staatsanleihen: ~ 0,2 %<\/li>\n<li>Lebensversicherung: ~1,25% (Garantiezins &#8211; gilt lediglich auf den Sparanteil: etwa 70 bis 80%)<\/li>\n<li>Riester: ~0,5 bis 1 %<\/li>\n<li>Bausparvertrag: ~0,5 bis 1,5 %<\/li>\n<li>Immobilien: ~1 bis 4 %<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gold war also (auch) im Jahr 2016 bez\u00fcglich der Wertentwicklung nahezu konkurrenzlos. Betrachtet\u00a0man zudem die Sicherheit bei Gold &#8211; kann nie wertlos werden &#8211; steht es quasi ohne Konkurrenz da. Von den weiteren Vorteilen wie u.a. der Mobilit\u00e4t &#8211; eine Immobilie hingegen ist immobil &#8211; , der Flexibilit\u00e4t, der Anonymit\u00e4t, der weltweiten Akzeptanz und der Steuervorteile ganz zu schweigen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr mich ist daher Gold unabh\u00e4ngig der beeindruckenden Wertsteigerung zu jeder zeit die &#8222;beste&#8220; Anlage der Welt und allein schon aufgrund der h\u00f6chsten Sicherheit, geh\u00f6rt Gold im jedes gesunde Verm\u00f6gensportfolio dazu.<\/p>\n<p>Im Jahr 2017 wird \u00fcbrigens die Inflation nach Expertenaussagen wohl auf 2% ansteigen, d.h. klassische Anlagen werden generell real Verm\u00f6gensabbau bedeuten. Und dabei m\u00f6chte ich gar nicht erst erw\u00e4hnen, dass die offizielle Inflation wesentlich geringer ist, als die echte Inflation. Bei sensiblen Daten ist man eben naturgem\u00e4\u00df sehr kreativ in der Auslegung, um das Volk nicht unn\u00f6tig zu beunruhigen.<\/p>\n<p>Egal wie hoch die Inflation in 2017 auch ansteigen wird, Gold kennt weder Inflation, noch Deflation, noch W\u00e4hrungsreformen und wird daher auch im Jahr 2017 die Goldinvestoren ruhig schlafen lassen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Wo also <strong>sinnvoll<\/strong> Geld anlegen 2017? \ud83d\ude09<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/RmeR8oRuNcM?rel=0&amp;controls=0&amp;showinfo=0\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcbrigens, Gold ist keine Anlage mehr nur f\u00fcr Wohlhabende, sondern mittlerweile kann sich jeder <a href=\"https:\/\/goldsparplan24.com\/blog\/goldsparplan\" target=\"_blank\">ab bereits 50 Euro im Monat, bequem \u00fcber einen Goldsparplan, Goldanteile erwerben<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zu Beginn letzten Jahres ging ich davon aus, dass sich der Goldpreis 2016 positiv entwickeln w\u00fcrde.
