Ein weiser Spruch sagt: \u201eTraue nie einer Statistik\u201c. Denn, je nachdem wer sie ausgibt, kann sie sch\u00f6n berechnet und manipuliert werden. Besonders bei den sensiblen Bereichen Arbeitslosigkeit, Wirtschaftswachstum und Preisstabilit\u00e4t, hat also die Politik ein gro\u00dfes Interesse daran, die Zahlen sch\u00f6ner darzustellen als sie eigentlich sind. Besonders als Verbraucher interessant, ist die eigene Teuerung, d.h. zu wissen wie hoch die eigene Inflation (negative Rendite) ist, denn nur wenn man diese kennt, kann man absch\u00e4tzen wie sinnvoll es bspw. ist in Zinsanlagen zu investieren. Wenn die Inflation also h\u00f6her als die Zinsen liegen, dann ist eine Zinsanlage nicht mehr als eine Geldvernichtungsanlage, denn der Renditesparer spart sich sprichw\u00f6rtlich ins Minus. Seine Geldmenge steigt aber die Kaufkraft sinkt st\u00e4rker (negativer Zins) als die Rendite.<\/p>\n

Wie gro\u00df ist das Loch also wirklich, das die Teuerung in den Geldbeutel rei\u00dft? Die amtliche Statistik gibt hier\u00fcber nur unzureichend Auskunft oder besser gesagt eine mit Absicht, versch\u00f6nte Darstellung an. Denn Zeitungen, Zigaretten, Bier, Br\u00f6tchen und andere Lebensmittel kaufen Konsumenten h\u00e4ufiger als M\u00f6bel oder Autos. In die amtliche Statistik gehen die Preise aller gemessenen G\u00fcter aber zu festen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen ein, egal ob sie der Kunde t\u00e4glich kauft oder nur alle paar Jahre. Professor Wolfgang Brachinger korrigiert dieses Manko und gewichtet die Preissteigerung mit der Kaufh\u00e4ufigkeit von G\u00fctern.<\/p>\n

Das Ergebnis ist die gef\u00fchlte Inflation. Sie k\u00f6nnen hier klicken<\/a> und sich die Grafik anschauen. Falls sie dieser Statistik von Professor Wolfgang Brachinger nicht glauben sollten, dann mein Tipp, vergleichen sie einfach exakt alle 12 Monate ihre Rechnungsbelege. Und auf welche Inflation kommen sie? Sie werden feststellen dass diese weit \u00fcber 3% pro Jahr liegt. Dementsprechend ist eine klassische Geldanlage nicht mehr als eine Anlage zur nominellen Wertsteigerung. Verm\u00f6gen aufbauen hingegen l\u00e4sst sich damit nicht.
